FY1000S series DDS function signal generator (source) is a set of function signal generator, signal generator, signal generator, frequency sweep meter, frequency counter and other functions in a portable, high performance, high performance, multi function. The latter two digits in the FY1000S series instrument model 00 represent the sine wave frequency upper limit (MHz) of the instrument. Example: FY1002S, 02 means the sine wave output frequency up to 2MHz.
