This is a kit for building a 3D printer & CNC machines using the RepRap Arduino-compatible MEGA Pololu Shield (RAMPS) 1.4 electronics board, an Arduino MEGA 2560 microcontroller board, 5 A4988 stepper motor drivers, and an LCD 2004 display. The RAMPS 1.4 board is used to control the printer and connect the various components, such as the stepper motors and the display, to the Arduino MEGA 2560. The A4988 stepper motor drivers allow the microcontroller to control the movement of the printer's motors, while the LCD 2004 display can be used to provide information to the user and allow them to control the printer. This kit should include all the necessary components to build a 3D printer, but you may need to purchase additional parts, such as a power supply and a hot end, depending on your specific needs.
This generic 3D Printer Kit contains a set of components that will allow you to build a 3D printer of your own design. The kit contains 4 commonly used components:
1) Arduino Mega 2560 R3 Control Board :
This is the 3d printer brain responsible for controlling the entire printer to perform specific actions, such as printing certain documents.
2) RAMPS 1.4 Control Board :
This is the Arduino Mega 2560 R3 control board's expansion board, there it was in order to better connect with other hardware and control, play a role in the transition of the bridge.
3) A4988 Stepper Motor Driver Board :
This is used to connect the stepper motor control board in order to achieve control of the stepper motor to achieve XYZ and extruder action.
4) 3D 2004 LCD Control Panel :
To show the 3D printer control.
